Steve Verner, EDAC

Steve is a healthcare designer in GS&P's Nashville Design Studio. His involvement with projects begins with the initial design, follows through with the production of the construction documents and continues through construction administration to help create high quality environments for clients. Steve is an Evidence Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC) accredited professional.
Steve chairs GS&P's NSTEP Program, an AIA-recognized clinical shadowing program to help GS&P staff members learn how to better design clinical environments. Steve has been active with the AIA, chairing the Young Architect's Forum and leading an exhibit from the Gulf States Region to the National AIA Convention. He served as the Parks and Greenways Chair for Rediscover East, a nonprofit organization committed to preserving the authentic character of East Nashville and enhancing the quality of life for all of its citizens. He's currently an active member of the Leadership Healthcare Council Board serving on the Education and Events Committee and the Strategic Development Committee.
