As the leader of our South Division Transportation Practice, Kent provides expertise in the areas of integrated planning and engineering for the firm’s transportation clients. Kent has almost 30 years of experience providing full-service transportation solutions including expertise in transportation planning, traffic engineering and roadway design. He has a broad range of experience working with state departments of transportation, metropolitan planning organizations, counties and cities in more and 20 states and internationally.

Kent and his wife have been married for more than 20 years and home school their four children whose ages range from 18 to 10 years old. Kent and his wife spend their free time watching their two sons play soccer throughout Georgia and the southeast.
